Work Local Advantage
The Work
Local Advantage program is a city supported initiative, not subsidized housing program, that recognizes residents who both live and work in Fort Lauderdale.
By choosing Treo as your home while working within the city, you may qualify for fixed rent renewals as outlined by the City of Fort Lauderdale. This provides greater stability, predictability, and the opportunity for long-term savings.

Workforce Housing
The Workforce Housing Program is available to individuals
and families with moderate incomes and offers below market rental rate for those who qualify.
This is not a subsidized housing program, residents are
responsible for their full monthly rent. Rental rates are based on pre-set income limits for the area, rather than individual household income, helping ensure fair and consistent pricing.
